Our Approach

The vision for Toc H South Australia is taking shape through the development of the Cooinda Community Centre Village, a vibrant, inclusive and accessible place where people can gather, learn and contribute.

Located at Victor Harbor, Cooinda Retreats is being shaped as a leading community centre, bringing together community spaces, gardens, accommodation, camping and nature in one connected village setting.

As the Community Centre Village evolves, it will support learning programs, wellbeing activities, social connection, volunteering opportunities and community events, all grounded in Toc H’s long-held commitment to service.

Each space reflects Toc H’s founding principles, fostering connection, participation and shared purpose.

Success will not be measured only in buildings or facilities, but in the life they hold: people meeting, learning and growing together in a place that embodies belonging and service.

Work is underway, and we begin 2026 with enthusiasm for the journey ahead. We look forward to sharing updates with the community as the Village continues to take shape.
